Innovative, solution-oriented and progressive all perfectly describe Carol J. Lindsay’s approach to law. Whether it’s collaborative family law, which she was instrumental in bringing to Central Pennsylvania, or estate planning, real estate, or family law, she puts her talent and experience to work for her clients.
For more than 20 years, Ms. Lindsay has been guiding her clients through the sometimes turbulent waters of family law. Understanding the importance of options and being sensitive to her clients needs, she worked diligently to bring an innovative collaborative law concept to the region. Ms. Lindsay is specially trained to lead clients through this alternative to litigated family disputes. However, she still aggressively represents clients who choose to proceed through litigation and is well known for her success in the areas of divorce, equitable distribution, support and custody issues. Ms. Lindsay represents clients before the courts’ custody conciliators and the Divorce Master in support conferences and in appeals.
Ms. Lindsay was born in Boston and raised in California before making her way to Cumberland County where she has resided since 1985. Since her move to Pennsylvania, she has practiced law and raised two children in Carlisle, where she continues to live.
