Crimes that do not involve physical violence, and relate largely to financial matters, are often called “white collar crimes.” No one understands the complexities and intricacies of criminal defense better than skilled attorney Dean Reynosa. Not only does he lead the white collar criminal defense practice area for our firm, but he also tries civil litigation cases.
After graduating from Law School, Mr. Reynosa served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard J. Walsh, a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of the 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which serves both Franklin and Fulton Counties. He went on to work in private practice focusing on civil litigation primarily in the area of insurance defense. However, having a desire to gain valuable courtroom experience, Mr. Reynosa left private practice and joined the York County Public Defender’s office. He later joined the staff of the Cumberland County Public Defender’s office. Overall, Mr. Reynosa served as an Assistant (and later as a Senior Assistant) Public Defender for over five years. During his tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Reynosa represented hundreds of clients. He has won numerous successful verdicts before both judges and juries in Central Pennsylvania.
