Mr. Kelso attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he gained a strong reputation for his hard-working, detail-oriented approach. He served on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and received numerous awards for his excellence in class, including the ABA-BNA Labor and Employment Law Award.

Mr. Kelso's practice focuses on real estate, business law, estate planning and municipal law. While receiving his legal degree, he gained extensive experience in these fields by working with a reputable law firm specializing in these areas. He now uses these experiences to greatly benefit his clients and the Cumberland County community.

While receiving his Master's Degree in Public Policy from The College of William and Mary, Mr. Kelso interned with the Council of State Governments in Washington, D.C. During this opportunity, Mr. Kelso provided high quality work in a time-sensitive manner to clients on pending legislation in Congress. Using this experience, Mr. Kelso continues to provide high quality work to his clients in a timely manner, while paying great attention to their needs.
