Robert C. Saidis is a founding partner of our law firm and has been very active in the community for decades. His practice, which focuses in real estate, business, estate planning and municipal law, has helped him forge strong relationships with local government officials, community businesspeople and individuals responsible for growing and enhancing Cumberland County. Outside the office, Mr. Saidis gives his time and talents by playing an active role in numerous community organizations including his current involvement in the Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Saidis oversees our firm’s real estate practice area, which includes title insurance, search, settlements and other related services for our commercial and residential transactions. His practice group represents developers, builders, realtors and numerous real estate-affiliated clients including lenders and condominium associations.
Mr. Saidis’ experience extends to municipal law. He represents the Hampden Township Zoning Hearing Board and other municipal clients including townships, boroughs, school districts and governmental consortiums. In addition, he was Cumberland County's solicitor for ten years.
Mr. Saidis also provides local counsel and representation to various financial institutions, primarily with regard to mortgage lending, foreclosure and related collection services. He represents numerous small and medium size businesses by handling their corporate, financial and business planning needs. He also provides estate planning and administration services to his clients.
Bob lives in Upper Allen Township with his wife. They have four grown children.
