Practicing law in Colorado and Lancaster, Pennsylvania before joining our firm, Ms. Hixenbaugh has represented individual, municipal, commercial and industrial clients in land use development, real estate transfers and construction matters. She has experience representing real estate developers, property owners, business owners and other entities in the purchase and sale of businesses, the negotiation of entity formation and business planning, complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leases, real estate financing and investment transactions, land use regulations, liquor licensing regulations, and general contract law.

Ms. Hixenbaugh is also credited with securing environmental permits from governing agencies to ensure compliance with governing federal, state and local regulations through all states of the land use, development and construction process.
