A 1973 graduate of Carlisle High School, Mr. Flower went on to college and then spent 18 years gaining business experience in Denver, Colo. as a western regional sales manager for a Fortune 500 publisher. His interest in the law brought him back to Carlisle where he entered the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Flower’s practice focuses on estate planning, administration and related matters. He has extensive experience in Orphans’ Court and estate litigation. His litigation practice includes all of Central Pennsylvania including Cumberland, Franklin and York Counties.
Mr. Flower has expanded traditional estate planning knowledge and experience into the developing areas of asset protection and Medicare planning for his senior clients and their families. He serves the firm’s clients in unraveling the never-ending web of regulations which cover Medicare, nursing home and Social Security issues.
Tom resides in Carlisle and has two grown children.
