(Carlisle, Pa.) -- The Central Pennsylvania law firm Saidis Flower & Lindsay welcomes attorney Michael L. Solomon to its real estate and business practice areas. In addition to these areas, Solomon provides legal services in the areas of creditors' rights, commercial transactions and corporate finance, and estate planning and administration.

With experience in both the law office and publicly traded corporate environments, Solomon is helping to expand the firm's business law and real estate practice areas. His 25-year career includes in-house counsel for the transactional contract compliance segments of the Rite Aid Corporation.

Solomon has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and Juris Doctorate degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Solomon holds professional membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association and Cumberland County Bar Association. He also serves on various civic and charitable boards, and as solicitor for others including the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association.
