Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP

SFL certified as a Minority Business Enterprise

We are a firm of litigators.

Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP is proud to announce that it has obtained certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). The NMSDC initiates and develops connections and collaborations between more than 13,000 certified minority-owned businesses and a vast network of corporate members, including many of the largest public and privately owned companies in the nation.   With this certification, SFL now joins a distinguished list of  minority-owned suppliers that have been certified to meet NMSDC’s meticulous standards for excellence.  Corporate clients utilizing the services of Sanchez Fischer Levine will now receive the added benefit of identifying it as a minority-owned supplier or vendor.

NMSDC’s rigorous certification process requires that businesses be at least 51% minority-owned, -operated and -controlled.  Eligibility is established after NMSDC conducts a series of screenings, interviews, and site visits.  NMSDC is the only national minority business development organization that provides and guarantees this degree of certification throughout the United States.  An executive order from President Richard M. Nixon led to the federal charter of NMSDC in 1972.

According to the The Institute for Thought Diversity, NMSDC minority-owned businesses produce a total economic impact of over $400 billion dollars in output that results in the creation of, and/or preservation of, more than 2.2 million jobs held by persons who find themselves either directly, or indirectly, employed by NMSDC certified minority-owned businesses.

Sanchez Fischer Levine is not only minority-owned and operated, but is also fueled by minority attorneys and support staff from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds.  Most of its attorneys are fluent in two languages and are first or second generation immigrants.  Everyone at Sanchez Fischer Levine is proud to receive this notable certification and is excited to join in this important mission with the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
